The Great Crochet Pumpkin
"This pumpkin is a conversation starter. With it in the middle of your table, people will be compelled to ask “why the big pumpkin” and you can say, “because Fall is awesome.” Because Fall is awesome, right? With all the smells and flavors, Fall if my favorite time of year and decorating with fun (and huge) pumpkins is just one of the best things about it. You may sell all finished products made from this pattern; however you may not share, sell, or distribute this pattern in any way, in whole or in part. I would greatly appreciate a link back to my shop or this pattern anytime you sell this item online."

Until I saw this great crochet pumpkin held by the designer I was apprehensive about the term "great" pumpkin. This will work up to a pretty nice size pumpkin in the end. By using non traditional colors this great crochet pumpkin can be a part of the decorations all year long. This could easily be a tidy little foot stool.

Now why didn't I think of that. This is a great looking pumpkin and not in the traditional orange I am sure all of your family and friends will take notice of this creation. These are not my decor colors but I am modifying the pattern for mine. Thanks for the inspiration.

Ok, I love the idea of a big squishy crocheted pumpkin pillow or even a hassock. In all honesty, I hate the coloring of the featured photo. If I make this pumpkin which seems an easy project, I would choose tones of orange, rust yellow, maybe even brown. What would you use for color? I guess I' more of a realism person.
