After completing the middle part then starting the single crochet stitch around. Completing the single crochet round don’t make a slip stitch work around and around to the end of the hat think you easy to understand the Pattern.

Really? I can't imagine any of the men in my life wearing this hat. Maybe for some kind of costume party but just to wear out in the cold - NOT. It sure doesn't cover all of the head let alone the ears. Sorry to be negative but this one missed the mark

I think it's a Middle Eastern traditional head wear. It's not meant for everyone, just those whose religion or culture would dress in this for a specific reason or specific event.
