Instructions

Make paper tubes by placing pen at one end and roll it

Glue at the end to secure it

Join them in the shape of rectangle or square to form hanging frame

Take colour paper of different colors and cut it in form of spiral and roll it to make lovely roses

Follow the pattern and make the leaves
