"This project not only is a festive way to upcycle Christmas cards from previous years but at the same time upcycle empty cardboard ribbon rolls from current gift wrapping. Combine both of these and you can make gorgeous ornaments that hardly cost anything. Make them festive by adding extra sparkle with a tinsel garland you may already have at home. At the same time, this also doubles as a way to cover the area on the side of the ribbon roll."
