In the crochet world October 2008 you have a pattern for socks step 28 said to sc in each of next 20 sc, ch 20, sk next 20 sc. (20sc, 1ch-20sp). For the lied of me I can't understand. Then step 29 said to sc in each sc and each ch around 40 sc

I cannot find the hat pattern from the cupcake scarf pattern. I clicked on the thing you said and found no pattern for it.
