How to Make Glittered Shoes on Lacing

Drill a hole in the back of each shoe and insert a jump ring into that spot. Bruch Aleene's Tacky Glue onto the shoe and cover it with glitter. The more colorful the shoe, the better! When the glue is dry and the glitter is in place, string the shoes on to the lacing. Next time you are having a bad day, pull your hair back with this fun elastic - it will change your look entirely!
