I found the pattern for blue and blue afghan quite easy. ive been knitting foir a long time and understand old and new abbreviatiobs

You define T4F and T4B but you do not define "tbl." Your instructions say "1st row: (RS). K5. (K1. P1. K1) all in next st. K3togtbl." I understand "knit 3 together" but what is the "tbl" that comes after it? I have never seen this before, sorry. Can you help, please?

Patterned Blue Shades Blanket - All even numbered rows are the same. When a pattern is 6 rows long, they always include the last row in the instructions so that no-one thinks it is only a 5 row pattern. So when they said 2nd and alternate rows, that is correct. Rows 2, 4 and 6 are the same.

In reading the pattern it appears that row 4 is the same as row 2. The instructions omit row 4, but row 6 is a repeat of row 2 and the instructions in row 2 say'2nd and all alt rows'. I would interpret that to mean rows 2, 4 and 6 are all the same.

The instruction doesn't indicate specifically the 4th row because it is "hidden" in the 2nd 2nd and alt rows K5. P1. K2. P9. K2. P1. K5. because the 6th row is the end of the pattern it had to be part of the instruction. I hope this helps.

Must be the same as row 2 which says "and alt rows." Row 6 also says "As 2nd row"

The instructions say 2nd and alt rows, Since farther down it says 6th row as 2nd row, the 4th row would be a repeat of the second row also

row two says "row 2 and alternate rows" so every even row should be done as row 2.

Row 2 says 2nd and alternating rows. Therefore you would do row 4 as you do row 2. Jinx

Patterned Blue Shades Blanket -- Knit Afghan Row 4 is missing from Panel B. What should it be?
