Size: 39” x 45”

Materials:

  • 225 yds. Baby Pink Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • 225 yds. Pale Blue Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • 225 yds. Maize Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • 225 yds. Pale Green Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • 225 yds. White Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • 115 yds. Hushabye (multi) Red Heart 4-ply yarn
  • G and H crochet hooks or size needed for gauge

Gauge: With H hook: 3 cluster stitches – 2 ½”
2 cluster stitch rows and 2 sc rows – 2 ¼”
Special Stitch: cluster stitch (cl st) – 3 dc

Stitch Guide:

Chain (ch), Single Crochet (sc), Double Crochet (dc), Slip Stitch (sl st)

 

Instruction:
Row 1 – (Right Side) With H hook and pink ch 133, dc in 4th ch from hook, skip 2 ch, *cl st in next ch, skip 2 ch, rep from * across ending 2 dc in last ch, ch 1 and turn. (42 cluster stitches)
Row 2 – (Wrong Side) sc in first dc, *ch 2, sc in 2nd dc of cl st, rep from * across ending sc last dc and fasten off.
Row 3 – Join blue in first sc with a sl st, ch 2, 1 dc in same st, cl st in every sc across ending 2 dc in last sc, ch 1 and turn.

Rep Row 2 (sc row) and Row 3 (cluster stitch row) changing color on the cluster stitch row as  follows:

Pink, Blue, Maize, Green, White (7 times), Pink, Blue, Maize, Green and only cluster stitch row
of White (1 time) for a total of 40 cluster stitch rows and 39 sc rows


Edging:
Rnd 1 – (On Wrong Side) With H hook and hushabye work along top edge (sc, ch 3, sc) in upper right corner dc (cl st row), *ch 2, sc in center dc of cl st, rep from * across ending (sc, ch 3, sc) in corner dc.
Work along side edge *ch 3, sc in sp between cluster stitch rows and sc rows, rep from * across ending (sc, ch 3, sc) in corner ch st.
Work along bottom edge *ch 2, sc in ch below cl st, rep from * across ending (sc, ch 3, sc) in corner ch st.
Work along side edge *ch 3, sc in sp between cluster stitch rows and sc rows, rep from * across, join to beg sc, fasten off and turn.
Rnd 2 – (On Right Side) With G hook and hushabye work along top edge (sc, ch 2, 1 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in corner ch 3 sp, (sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch 2 sp across ending (sc, ch 2, 1 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in corner ch 3 sp.
Work along side edge (sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch 3 sp across ending (sc, ch 2, 1 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in corner ch 3 sp.
Work along bottom edge (sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch 2 sp across ending (sc, ch 2, 1 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) in corner ch 3 sp,
Work along side edge (sc, ch 2, 2 dc) in each ch 3 sp across, join to beg sc and fasten off.
