What a delicate lacy pattern! With this one I'll be able to add two more stitches to my repertoire...the shell and V stitches. Thank you for including the multiples so we can adjust the size to our needs. Wow! Red Heart Super Saver yarn has 146 colors of yarn. It'll take me awhile to choose just one...or two...or three!

I'm in the process of making this blanket. I'm using a different color than what was suggested. This is a very beautiful pattern for sure and easy with one exception. I think it should have been even more simplified, along with eliminating two rows of the pattern that weren't necessary. Each row's ending stitch should be uniform on both sides, instead of each row ending differently. That can confuse the newcomer to the crocheting world. JMHO.

I love the names of these patterns. It is a fairly simple pattern and would love beautiful in Elsa's ice blue color. It also would look good in other colors as well. It will work up quickly. Thank you.

I think you are going to love to learn to crochet, I have enjoyed it for years. I feel crochet goes much quicker than knit does. I like projects that I can do and get them done, so I can admire the finished project. I am not always satisfied with the way my knitting looks, but I am always satisfied with my projects that I crochet.

Beautiful, this pattern makes me want to try crocheting. Any tips for a first timer? My granny was an expert at crochet unfortunately I don't have her as a reference anymore. Maybe I've inherited the gene!?

Oh I LOVE this. I have been thinking about trying my hand at making my first afghan and after seeing this beautiful easy pattern I do believe I am going to have to just dive in and go for it. This pattern is beautiful and would look great in any room. I think I want to make it in teal and use it as a pretty accent on my rocking chair.

What ply is the yarn used for this afghan and how many grams would I need? I am in the UK so English weights etc would be appreciated, thanks

Hello, This is a 10 ply yarn. In all, you would need 990 grams of yarn. Hope this helps! - Julia from FaveCrafts
