Festive Christmas Wreath

Here are the craft instructions for a great project from Red Heart Yarn designs. This Festive Christmas Wreath will make a wonderful addition to any household this year. So enjoy working on this simple yarn craft this holiday season!

Materials:

RED HEART® “Spark-A-Doodle”: 2 balls 9368 Shamrock A, 1 ball 9901 Reddy B.
12” Styrofoam® wreath form
Straight pins

Instructions:

Cut a length of A that is 10 yards long (to ease in wrapping).
Attach the first pompom to the wreath with a straight pin.
Then wrap the yarn around wreath, pinning pompoms as necessary to cover strands creating a solid covering.
Pin end of yarn to wreath. Continue in this manner until the entire wreath is covered.
Cut a length of B. Attach to wreath with pin.
Wrap tightly around wreath to mimic berries, using pompoms from A to cover the strands. Pin end to wreath.
