Conversation Heart Frame

Surround your sweetheart (or at least a picture of same) with loving sentiments with a picture-perfect, Valentine-themed photo frame.

Materials:

• DecoArt Foam Paint
  • FP01 - White
  • FP09 - Black
• Foam adhesive or low-temp glue gun and glue sticks
• Foam hearts: assorted sizes and colors
• Foam frame, pink with 'LOVE' beads

Instructions:

1. Use White Foam Paint to embellish hearts with lettering, dots, stripes, etc., as desired. Let dry.
    
2. Position and adhere hearts randomly on frame.
    
3. Use Black Foam Paint to dot spaces between hearts. Let dry.
