Make homemade bath products as gifts for friends and loved ones! These easy DIY bath bombs from Maria Williamson are simple and thrifty gifts.

Materials:
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Citric acid (any soap supply or craft store should have this)
- 1 cup Baking soda
- 2 tsp Shea Butter (any soap supply or craft store should have this)
- 1 tsp water
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Bowl
- Mold (can be anything really, use your imagination. I use Christmas tree balls from the craft store)
Optional:
- 2-4 tsp Essential oil or Fragrance oil (be sure it is for use on skin, not the stuff for potpourri burners)
- Food color or liquid soap color

Instructions:
- Mix Baking soda, Cornstarch and Citric acid together. Slowly drizzle melted Shea butter (can be melted in the microwave) and Fragrance oil in the middle of the mixture and blend well. Add water and soap safe dye or food color. (The mix will fizz a little, this is ok.) Blend Well. It will look like this:

- Now you will knead your mix and mold.

- You will want to scoop up a lot of the mix like so in each half. You will have some mix left over, you can actually let it dry and then use for a fizzing bath powder.

- Then squish them together like so, it will release easier if you tap one side before trying to unmold. This part will take practice.

- Set them on wax paper to dry overnight and there you have it. Drop one or two in a tub of running water and enjoy.
