- Washi tape
- Ballpoint pen

Starting at the tip of your pen just before it narrows to a point, begin to wrap the pen in washi tape.

Slowly continue wrapping up the pen toward the flat end, pulling tightly as you work to minimize wrinkles and creases.

Once you have about half an inch left at the top, hold your feather in place and use the washi tape to secure the feather to the pen.

If desired, break off a small piece of washi tape to cover the very top of the pen.
