This vintage clipboard is a great addition to any boring school supply list or desk in an office. This fall craft is fun and easy to make.

Vintage Clipboard

Materials

  • Tombow’s MONO Multi Liquid Glue
  • Bone folder
  • Sanding block
  • Decorative paper
  • Decorative accents of your choice

Instructions

  1. Cut the decorative paper pieces slightly larger than the board and use the wide applicator end of the MON Multi Liquid Glue and lightly cover the back of the paper.

  2. Use the bone folder to burnish down the paper and crease the excess paper down at the edges.

  3. When dry, hold the sanding block at a 45 degree angle and ‘cut’ the excess paper away by sanding. This gives a beautiful flush edge. Replace the hardware and add decorative accents, gluing down with the MONO Multi.

  4. The glue is very strong and even embellishments glued to the hardware hold fast, even with heavy use.
