HI: I am knitting these booties and need an explanation for the short term: i.e yfwd - yard forward w?............ d?........... as my stitches do not equate to that it asks for in row 2, etc. i.e. I should have 48 stitches of the 52 that were cast on. Can any help me? thanks a lot. very much appreciated. AZEE

Please help. After first 9 rows, right side is facing and row 1 is wrong side. Pattern says to continue for 6 rows more. What row is after 9 do I continue pattern with?
