Instructions:

Create a card using plain and patterned paper. Stamp sentiment on colored paper, mat and adhere to the front of the card. Stamp cat image on white paper using black ink. Trim around image and adhere to the card using foam dots. Embellish with brads and ribbon. Attach a small tag to the ribbon using a safety pin.
