Instructions:

Die-cut Card out of colored paper. Line inside of Card with contrasting paper. Die-cut shapes and adhere to the inside of the Card, showing through the window. Machine stitch across the front of the card. Print greeting on a piece of white paper and punch in the shape of a circle to create a tag. Embellish with ribbon and adhere to the Card.
