This is a great pattern for the Baby Pea Pod Snuggly. With the video I seen on the news about car seat safety. It said not to put your little one in a car seat with a coat on. This snuggly will be the best thing to make for that reason alone. I haven't made it yet, but it's on my must make list for my grand children. Thank you for sharing this free crochet snuggly pattern.

R there any correction in this pattern? Thanks

Hi treadwayj60 581796 9! As far as I know, there are no corrections on this pattern. Hope that helps! Kaylee, Editor

i am having trouble 'seeing' the instructions in my head. has anyone posted pictures of the 'Baby Pea Pod Snuggly' in progress? it would certainly help me understand what i am suppose to do, before i do it wrong. i am ready for the 'Back' under the 'Divide for Armholes' section, and since i have never made anything 'fitted' before, i am having difficulties understanding what i am doing.

Hi there - Unfortunately this is the only image provided by Red Heart. Feel free to reach out to them via their website with additional questions. Thanks! - Julia from FaveCrafts

it would be nice to make a video .i don't know how to read the patterns yet just started to crochet thank u

I had to undo this a few times, before I decided to chain 95, so that my row ended up being 91 stitches - big mistake in the directions to begin with. Now, I've done the 35 rows and don't understand the rest - what does it mean to remove the hook and slip st to the stitch holder - what stitch holder (where is it) and how do you slip st w/o a hook? I'm taking it to a friend to help me out.

Help please! I was doing well until I got to the "shape neck & shoulders" section. I hate to sound stupid (I've crocheted for years) but after the "ch 9", where are the next 39 to dc in? I'm stumped. Any help is appreciated!

had trouble with this too. When you start to shape the neck and shoulders you will have already crocheted the base and will have three "extended" rows. a shoulder on each side and the neck in the middle. The ch 9's are to connect each shoulder to the neck base. The rows after that will go back across the pattern, across the ch 9's and then you should be able to see how it shapes up. Hope this helps!!

it would be nice if the pattern would print

Is there an error in Row 1? Shouldn't the first DC be in the 2nd chain from the hook? Otherwise if you chain 91 and make the first DC in the 4th chain from the hook, how do you end up with 90 stitches?
