Enchanting Crochet Flower

It's okay if you don't necessarily have a green thumb. Learn how to make an Enchanting Crochet Flower that will never wither up. Although you may not be able to fill your home with all things green and growing, you may decorate just about anything with this crochet flower pattern that is as lovely as it is simple. These cute little flowers are soft to the touch and will have you thinking spring in no time. Soon, you will have this Enchanting Crochet Flower blooming all over the place.

Enchanting Crochet Flower

Materials:

  • 3.00 Crochet Hook
  • 3 ply Cotton Yarn

Or

  • 4.50 Crochet Hook
  • 8ply Polly Yarn
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry or Wool Needle

Instructions:

  1. Round 1 Start by making a Slip Knot. Chain 3 Chain Stitches (counts as a double crochet) then crochet 17 Double Crochets into the ring. Join with a Slip Stitch to the top of Chain 3.
     
  2. Round 2 Chain 6 (Counts as double crochet and 3 chains) double crochet in the same stitch. Chain one. *Skip 2 double crochet stitches. Crochet a double crochet, chain 3, double crochet into the same stitch, chain 1. Repeat from * all around. Join with a slip stitch to the third chain of chain 6.
     
  3. Round 3 Chain 3 (counts as double crochet) crochet 2 double crochets in each of the next 3 chain stitches. Crochet 7 double crochets in each chain 3 space all around. Join with a slip stitch to the top of chain 3.
     
  4. Fasten off, weave in ends.
