Country Cozy Afghan

Using Caron International's Simply Soft yarn you can make this free crochet pattern. You'll love how soft it is and the stripes add design to any room. It's an intermediate crochet pattern that makes for a nice house warming gift.

This pattern alternates rows of v stitch and double crochet clusters to create gorgeous texture. Because this is an older pattern, the main image is too small to see the stitch detail. However there are great images with better stitch detail over at Ravelry. Check out the Country Cozy Afghan on Ravelry for more images.

pattern wont print

nevermind it worked

This is one of my favorite afghans to make. I've made a dozen for different occasions-baby showers, birthdays and Christmas. I was tickled to find this pattern online-I got my copy off of a yarn label 15 years ago and this is my 'go-to' favorite.
