I would love to do this but I don't know how to do a v stitch can someone tell me how?

Debbi, I just taught myself how to knit with the help of watching YouTube videos. Just go to Google & type - How to make xxx - or How do you do xxx. You can find almost every stitch in either crochet or knit. Good luck.

Question, Can anyone tell me how to make this larger? I would like to make it for a child around the age of 5 . I think this may be to small. Any suggestions?

Follow the same pattern you have been doing to make it wider and/or longer. Write it out if you need to. I hope this helps.

Love it have to fight my fiancee over it. However I made it last hockey season in my blue and green my team colors. Go Canucks!
