Heartfelt CreationsI will never forget the day I picked up a stamp for the first time. I had bought a little stamp set for my kids & I was showing them how to use it. I remember picking up the stamp, inking it up and pressing it down on the paper, as I lifted the stamp and saw the image it was that AHH HA moment.  It's one of those moments in life when you realize just now you had discovered something amazing, and that would shape the course of your future.

Growing up Amish and living in Northern Indiana in an Amish farming community was not conducive to thinking "outside the box or being creative". We did not have access to any stamp or scrapbook stores in our area and hiring a taxi to go shop for stamps was just not an option at the time. But I had become permanently bit by the stamping bug.

Two years after picking up my first stamp we had built a new house on our 80 acre farm. By this time I had accumulated a shoebox full of stamps from mailorder sources I had found. We now had more space in our new home and I said to my husband, "You know do you think we could use a small corner of our dining room and get stamping products in for resale?", because I knew I had some family and friends that would like to have access to stamping products as well.

Well that small start kept growing as word spread in our Amish community, later that year we moved the store from the dining room to our attached garage/porch area that was 16x20.  I had always enjoyed art and drawing so the next step I started designing our own line of stamps and again I thought I would just do a few and it turned into a couple thousand images.  We started doing Stamp Conventions where we would hire a taxi with a trailer and haul our product to shows across the midwest as a family. We built an addition to our shop in 2002 and moved our Retail Store out there.  I, Linda am the primary designer and design almost 24/7.
