Using an unfinished picture frame and some holiday-inspired paper, you can create this easy Christmas craft. It'll only take you minutes to finish, and will give a bright, festive touch to your home. It's the perfect way to begin getting into the Christmas spirit.

Materials:

  • Unfinished frame
  • Mod Podge
  • Decorative paper
  • Foam brush
  • Ribbon
  • Vinyl

Instructions:

  1. Start by tracing your frame onto your paper.

  2. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to the front of your frame.

  3. Smooth your paper over the Mod Podged Frame. I use my Mod Podge squeegee tool to smooth out any wrinkles, but you can use an old gift card if you don’t have one.

  4. Once the Mod Podge is dry, flip your frame over and use an x-acto knife to cut out the middle of the frame. I do this step on a cutting board…you don’t want to cut your table. Now, paint a thin coat of Mod Podge on the front of your frame. At this time, cover the glass piece from your frame with your vinyl…this will be your dry erase surface.
     
  5. Apply a thicker coat of Mod Podge all the way around the edge of the frame and place ribbon all the way around.
