Use a tiny clay pot and a pine cone to create a miniature Christmas tree. Paint and add your own embellishments to decorate this pine cone Christmas tree.  Great to use as a gift embellishment or ornament, this adorable Mini Christmas Tree is also a great project for kids and school groups.  Add your own personal touch to the tree by writing a name on the pot!  This is one fun craft that you can embellish and personalize any number of ways!

Why would you paint a pinecone? It looks horrible.

I would use hot glue if the pine cone doesn't just stay in the pot (sometimes they just fit perfectly!).

You did not say anything about the pine cone holding onto the pot. Glue it ?? Or what ??

Was there a respomse? Use hot glue?
