Three Hearts Stamp Card

This pretty homemade Valentine's Day card features a simple heart stamp and different pink and red inks. Follow the step-by-step photos to craft this card for your Valentine.

Materials:

  • White, Pink and Red cardstock
  • Inks: Palette Embossing & Watermark Inkpad, Palette “Claret” and “Toile Pink”
  • Rub-on word: Romantic
  • Memories Resist
  • Stamp: Primitive Heart


Instructions:

  1. Fold light Pink cardstock into card base. I like 5 ½ x 4 1/4” for my card base. Ink up your Primitive heart Stamp with Palette Embossing & Watermark Inkpad and stamp Primitive heart randomly over Pink Cardstock.

  2. Cut Red Cardstock to 4” x 5” and stamp Primitive Heart Stamp randomly as you did on the Pink Cardstock card base.
     
  3. Cut White cardstock to 3 ½” x 2 ½”. Stamp Primitive Heart using Toile Pink Ink.

  4. Add Memories Resist to image – set aside to dry. Memories Resist goes from light blue to clear when dry.

  5.  When Memories Resist is Dry. Stamp Primitive heart using “Claret” ink. Over lap the heart. The Memories Resist will protect your image.

  6. Remove Memories Resist from first stamped image. Adhere to Red cardstock (see sample for placement).
     
  7. Add Rub on Word and your card is complete.
