Materials:

  • Fabric and thread for jewelry pouch
  • Contrasting fabric for flowers and stems
  • Tulip Beads in a Bottle – I used Copper and Gold
  • Iron-on fusible web
  • Pencil
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Stitch up a jewelry pouch by placing fabric right sides together. Stitch seams leaving small section open along bottom seam. Turn right side out. Iron seams smooth. Fold over each end to determine size of pockets and flap. Pin and stitch along edge of first fold to create large pocket. Stitch down center to create two small pockets. Fold other end over stitched pockets. This will be the front flap that you decorate.

  6. Remove paper backing from cut circle. If paper is difficult to remove, gently bend and pull to tear paper, then just peel it off. (The glue should be adhered to the fabric.)
