Collage Scrapbook Cube

Make this cute collage scrapbook cube. Remember your friends and the goods time you had together. This is a great craft for anyone to put together.

Materials:

• STYROFOAM™ Brand Foam:
  • 8" cube
• Old magazines
• Scrapbook papers, 6 sheets
• Heart shaped paper punches
• Photos
• Thick white craft glue
• 1" putty knife or similar tool
• Optional: foam alphabet stickers; foam heart stickers; other embellishments

Steps:

1. Cut six, 8" x 8" squares of scrapbook paper. Spread a thin layer of glue onto the sides of the cube using a small putty knife. Lay the paper onto the cube and smooth it on with your fingertips. Trim excess paper along the edges.
    
2. Cut out pictures of your favorite things, activities and sayings from old magazines. Select favorite photos; crop if necessary.
    
3. Arrange the magazine pictures and photos on each side of the cube. When you're pleased with the arrangement, glue in place. Refer to project photo for inspiration.
    
4. Write titles and journaling longhand or on the computer. Cut out and glue to cube.
    
5. Punch out paper hearts and glue onto the cube.
    
6. Add foam letters and heart stickers.
    
7. Add other embellishments, as desired.
