Laced Pulp Note Card and Envelope

This cheerful blue and green card with matching envelope from Arnold Grummer's is uniquely held together with a bit of crisscrossing thread or cord. Starting with pulp, you really make this card from scratch! Learn the technique the add whatever shapes or stamps you like.

Blue and Green Laced Notecard

Supplies:

  • Needle
  • Stiff cording or waxed upholstery thread
  • Brown paper
  • Gluestick
  • Arnold Grummer's Angel Wings: Multi Color Mix
  • Arnold Grummer's Papermill PRO Envelope & Stationery Kit


Steps:

  1. Use the 'Note Card & Envy' template with green pulp, and then with blue. Add two angel wings to the pulp for each color. Press and dry paper shapes made with template.
     
  2. Put green and blue card pieces together. Poke tiny holes in the left edge of the cards with a pin. Lace cording thru holes, tie at top.
     
  3. Cut flower center from brown paper. Glue to flower center. Lay green star on top of blue star. Fold points toward center. Attach to flower center.
     
  4. Stamp card and envelope. Attach blue heart to envelope. Fold envelope using folding guide included in the template package.
