Everything Japanese Stamped Card

Japanese-inspired stamps are set against a striking red background in this tasseled card from Posh Impressions. Bamboo and floral shapes blend together in silver and black.

Materials:

• POSH-20 Japanese Set
• Red cardstock
• Black cardstock
• Silver scrapbook paper
• Brilliance inks:
• Silver Starlight (Sunday International BLP-25)
• Lightning Black (Sunday International BLP-24)
• Silver Embossing Powder
• Silver tassel
• 1” Circle punch
• Adhesive
• Foam tape
• Heat Tool

Instructions:

1. Cut red cardstock to 5 1/2” X 8 1/2“ and fold for 4 1/4” X 5 1/2 card. Cut 3/4” X 4-1/2” piece and a 2-3/8” X 4-3/4” tag. Cut black cardstock to 2 5/8” X 5” tag and punch a 1” circle. Cut silver paper to 3-1/8” X 5-1/4”.
    
2. Using silver ink, stamp Bamboo onto red tag. Adhere red tag to black tag. Stamp Vertical Flower Background image onto red strip with Lightning Black ink. Adhere with foam tape to right side of tag. Tie tassel around tag.
    
3. Stamp Flower image using silver ink onto black circle. Emboss with silver powder.
    
4. Adhere silver paper to right side of card. Adhere tag element to front of card. Using foam tape, adhere embossed flower element to lower right corner of tag.
