The Grinch Gourd Ornament
The Grinch Gourd Ornament

"The Grinch is made from a small hard shelled gourd, then painted and adorned to represent the Grinch at his very best. Materials used were acrylic paints, puff paint and glitter paint and the gourd. The face and hands were burned in using a wood burner, prior to painting the gourd. An eye screw was inserted into the top to make it hang-able on your Christmas tree. Each Grinch takes about an hour to create from start to finish on a clean hard shelled gourd."

This ornament is beyond adorable! This shape gourd would also be great for a Santa Claus ornament. I researched gourd crafts recently and there's such a variety of shapes and sizes once you start working with them the ideas are sure to come.

I LOVE this little Grinch - so cute! He looks like he's up to something!
