Cross Beaded Earrings

If you're in the market for simple beading projects you'll have to try these Cross Beaded Earrings. You'll love telling everyone that you made them yourself.

Materials:

2 8 in pieces of size 30 crochet thread
Sewing needle
Note bead size does affect size of earrings
9 beads size of your choosing
2 French hooks

Instructions:

Make 2:

Step 1: place 1 French hooks on thread
Step 2: fold thread in half equally
Step 3: place 2 beads on thread.
Step 4: separate strands of thread
Step 5: place 2 beads on strand one
Step 6: using same thread, thread string back though 2nd bead from end of thread.
Use sewing needle if needed.
Step 7: on 2nd strand of thread place 2 beads
Step 8: using same thread, thread sting back though 2nd bead from end of thread.
Use sewing needle if needed.
Step 9: join both strands of thread and tie together in small knot.
Step 10: place 3 beads on thread
Step 11: tie in knot to secure beads in place, cut of extra thread.
