Spooky Halloween Candy Container

Use these simple Halloween crafts from Jona Panesa to embellish a plain container for Halloween! Turn an old container into a spooky Halloween candy container to use while trick-or-treating, or to hold candy at home.

Spooky Halloween Candy Container

Materials:

  • Recycled can ( I used picnic can for this)
  • Best Creation glitter paper
  • Best Creation Trick or treat patterned paper
  • Best Creation Halloween sticker
  • Black ricrac
  • 3D foam tape
  • helmars glue

Instructions:

  1. Cover the can with the green glitter paper.
     
  2. Cut a border from the patterned paper and adhere at the bottom.
     
  3. Cut a strip of a patterned paper and adhere at the can as a holder.
     
  4. Glue and the big ricrak at the top of the can to seal in the holder and the small ricrac at the bottom.
     
  5. Use the remaining patterned paper for the inside of the can.
     
  6. Adhere the Halloween sticker and the cut out ghost, cats and goblin with 3D foam tape.
     
  7. Adhere the word spooky.
     
  8. The recycled can may be used as candy container for your table or as a child’s candy container when trick or treating.
