Materials:
- Dollar store frame
- Nail polish (colors of your choice)
- Cotton swabs
- Paper towel
- Nail polish remover
- Optional: blue masking tape or paper to protect glass

- If you can't remove the frame glass, be sure cover it with tape or paper (or you can clean up the glass with nail polish remover while polish is still wet).
- Protect work surface and your clothing.
- Splatter and fling nail polish over frame.

OMG, I have been using nail polish as paint decoration for ages. Old jewelry boxes, designer TV trays, ornaments and all sorts of goodies. The uses are endless.

Love this idea and what a good use for those nail polishes you have that are at the end of the bottle. Could even mix colors. Thanks for the idea.
