Trusty Irish Tote

To get into the St. Patricks Day spirit, try this cool DIY craft. They say shamrocks are special, so the day you wear it out might just be your lucky day. Don't let the dye discourage you, because this craft is super easy and fun to make.
Materials:
- Tulip® One-Step Dye™
- C1 Green
- Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint
- C1 Leaf Green
Miscellaneous
- White tote
- Small disposable plastic container
- Plastic tablecloth
- Paintbrush 1” flat or #10 round
- Cardboard insert

Shamrock Pattern
Instructions:
- Machine wash tote in cool water. Rinse, dry and press.
- Cover work surface with plastic tablecloth. Place cardboard insert inside tote to prevent dye seepage to back. Lay tote on covered table.
- Prepare dye according to instructions. Pour quarter of dye from bottle into disposable container.
- Using paintbrush, brush three irregular shapes on tote with dye. Refer to photo.
- Let dye set on tote 6-8 hours.
- Machine wash, rinse, dry and press.
- Use Leaf Green Slick to draw lines in the shape of a shamrock over the splotches of dyed green. Draw smaller shamrocks around tote as desired. Let dry.
NOTE: If you want both sides of the tote with design, skip step of inserting cardboard in tote and let dye seep through.
