Hi MissPatti, I checked all of the videos you commented on and they are all working fine on our end. Make sure you have downloaded the video plug in that is necessary to watch any videos online. The one thing I would do if I were making these videos is turn down the horribly loud music at the beginning and end of the videos and place a microphone closer to the woman in the video and tell her to speak up. In order to hear her, I had to turn up the volume, but the beginning and end of the videos blasted me out of the room.
