Instructions

Take two cardboards and wrap both the sides with newspaper

Place both the cardboards diagonally and apply glue

Make paper tubes by placing pen at one end and roll it over and glue at the end to make it rigid

Make several paper tubes and cut into equal pieces
-
Now place the paper tubes on the cardboards as shown in the video

Place the paper tubes till it reaches your desirable height

Paint it according to your wish
