Let it Snow Let it Snow Let it Snow!

Card stock and puffy paper never made winter so much fun. Snow can shine in the sun and now it can shine in your home. Add some glitter and you have a great card.

Materials:

  • White STYROFOAM* Brand Puffy Paper™ Thin Foam
  • Blue snowflake paper
  • White and navy cardstock
  • Square and snowflake punches (EK Success)
  • Silver Glitter Spray (Krylon)
  • Snowflake die cuts (Sizzix)
  • Ultramarine Staz-On® inkpad (Tsukineko)
  • Alphabet stamps
  • Adhesive dots
  • Vellum tape
  • Craft knife

Steps:

  1. Spray Puffy Paper with Glitter Spray; let dry.

  2. Trim and mat blue pattern paper onto white cardstock to create background. Tear strip of glittered Puffy Paper approximately 4" wide and adhere onto bottom of background with glue dots.

  3. Using Puffy Paper, punch out several different snowflake designs and die-cut three large snowflakes.

  4. Punch square from navy cardstock and glue one small snowflake to center. Place in center of "snow" border and carefully cut along outside edge of square with craft knife (cut through Puffy Paper, but do not cut cardstock). Remove cut square and insert punched square.

  5. Adhere photo and journaling onto background; add more snowflakes.

  6. Stamp words along bottom of border to complete layout as shown.
