Mixed media art is a great way to express your creativity and use a variety of craft materials. Make a Mixed Media Canvas from Candace Jedrowicz using paper, beads and upcycled cardboard from tissue boxes. Get inspired and create a one-of-a-kind piece.

This project allows you to take a spiritual adventure and look inside yourself for creative inspiration. Find an image that speaks to you and trace over it to create a pattern. Use your new pattern to trace the image on a decorative piece of paper and cut it out. Next, use embellishments such as eyelash yarn, beads and buttons to frame the piece. Different colored scrapbook papers help create a multi-dimensional landscape. Once your background is set, cover the piece in Aleene's Tacky Glue Dots and adhere your traced figure to your canvas. Hang your piece in a spot where it can be viewed and admired.
