If you want to get creative but stay on a budget, you can't go wrong with fabric crafts. Ideas don't have to be complicated in fact, you can learn how to make a Ruffled Hem on a T Shirt and change the look of a boring oversized top.

Use a sewing machine for this simple sewing machine. Begin by setting your machine to the stretch stitch. As you stitch, pull on the fabric and wave it around to create a completely unique look. The more you wave the fabric around, the more pronounced your ruffle will be. Once you're finished hemming you top, cut off the excess fabric and you're good to go. This is such a simple way to change the look of a top you're tired of. Once you've tried this technique with one top, you might become hooked.
