How to Make a Kitschy Pedestal
Creative easy crafts don't get more fun than this! Learn how to make a kitschy pedestal you can put anywhere for a dose of color and whimsy. Dip into your stash of buttons, broken jewelry and other "junk" to create your own pedestal from Candace Jedrowicz.
For this project, start with a plain wooden box. This is a great excuse to repurpose any scratched or knicked piece you might otherwise throw in the garbage. Grab your hot glue gun and your odds and ends and you're ready to go! Start by adding the wooden balls to the base of the box (these will be the "feet") and then glue on any words or letters. From there, you can let your creativity shine and expirement with designs.
