How To Create A Embossed Grid Background For Mixed Media
"This embossed grid background technique is a fun and easy way to add texture and depth to your mixed-media art. Using a scoring board (or an alternative tool like a ruler and stylus), I created a raised grid on watercolor paper, then rubbed ink pads over the top to highlight the texture. You can use any ink colors to match your project’s vibe. This technique takes about 10–15 minutes and works great in art journals, handmade cards, or even as a base for collages. Tip: darker inks really make the embossed lines pop!"
