Pregnancy Temperature Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern
"Crochet a temperature baby blanket while you or someone you love is expecting! The Pregnancy Temperature Baby Blanket Crochet Pattern is designed to be worked up over the course of about nine months and gifted to a new baby as soon as he or she is born. This was a fun one to design! My goal was to design a blanket where the size worked out well for preemies as early as 28 weeks or late-termers born at 42 weeks! I tried five different stitches that produced gorgeous ribbing, and half double crochet in the front side loop was the winner! I made this one for my fourth baby! She arrived at 37w3d, and the blanket turned out 36 x 39, which is a size I’m quite happy with! The design features three columns. Instead of doing one row per day, you do 1/3 of a row per day. I liked the effect and also the nod to how pregnancies are broken into trimesters! The design is finished with one of my favorite borders, the camel stitch! Which I use all the time. I hope you enjoy this pattern!"
