Materials List

  • 3D Foam Squares White Mix
  • 3D Foam Butterflies
  • Flower Dies and Die Cut Machine: Sizzix
  • Paper with a Blue Ombre Design
  • Silver and Teal Glitter
  • Distress Oxide Inks

How to Make the Flower Frame

  1. First, use paper with a blue ombre design and die-cut them with a flower die and manual die-cutting machine. Assemble the flower pieces to create a beautiful dimensional large blossom. Set it aside to work on the butterflies.

  2. After gathering matching like colors of teal and silver glitter, remove the top liners off of 3D Foam Butterflies and sprinkle glitter on top. Just tap off the excess and you have stunning dimensional butterflies with adhesive on the back side!

  3. Using Distress Oxide Inks, create the background and adhere all the elements together. The butterflies come out so glittering and sparkling!

  4. The 3D Foam Squares White Mix give the flower embellishment a dimensional effect. How do you do that? Simply use them under the flower and to adhere the branches. Then add a glittered 3D Foam Butterfly on its petals for interest. Have fun with it!
