Materials List

Instructions:

  1. Wash shirt to remove sizing. Leave damp and lay flat on covered work surface.

  2. Roll top half of shirt around shibori tube, then scrunch fabric towards center of tube. Secure with rubber bands or string.

  3. Mix dye according to package instructions, then add Blue dye only to portion of shirt scrunch around tube.

  4. Cover with plastic and let set 6 to 8 hours.

  5. Unwrap shirt from tube and rinse thoroughly under running water. Launder according to package/fabric instructions.
