We had a wonderful time at last night’s twitter party with Plaid Crafts and Rachel Faucett from Handmade Charlotte! You can find some great stenciling projects on our Pinterest board with Rachel this month.
Everyone had a ton of tips and stencil ideas, and we loved hearing about Rachel’s affordable new stencil designs (now available at Michaels). We even gave away brand new stencils to a few lucky tweeters. But don’t worry if you weren’t able to join us last night, here’s a recap of all the fun tips and ideas we loved (and another giveaway below):

I am expecting my first grandbaby in December — a girl! I would love to do a lot of stenciling in the new nursery…
I would start with my daughters room and then my granddaughters room, then attack every room in the house until they are all done 🙂
I would redo a toy box I got from my neighbor’s yard and fix it up for my new grand daughter’s room!! I would make it her xmas gift!
The first project I would try would be either decorating salvaged pallets, my daughter’s bedroom or the bathroom.
I would make my 16 year olds room, more teenager. Instead of little girly.
I would like to do my grandson’s bedroom
I live far from my kids and grandkids and I am disabled. Would love to win so I could send a little something to them for Christmas.
I’d love to be able to use some new stencils in decorating my home.
i would try to make my own project life cards for my baby niece book of life..
I’d like to stencil a twin bed headboard.
We are empty nesters now so would love to have stencils to change my room decor.
I just bought the paint and primer to paint the back hall floor. I pulled the old linoleum off and have got it down to the bare concrete. I made a Pinterest page of painted concrete floor ideas and have decided to stencil. I’m not sure yet if I will just stencil on top of the base coat, or maybe make a stenciled rug or runner down the hall. Either way, that’s what I would do with a whole new set of stencils.
I am a leader for cloverleaf kid in 4H. This would be a great project for them. They love arts and crafts.
So many great ideas…not sure where to start so new stencils would help with where to start!
Alphabet stencils can be used for lots of things I use stencils for appliquing I use all different kings of stencils for practicing Quilt stippling

I would love to redo my bedroom.
Not sure what I would do! I’m new to this!
I have acquired some bits and pieces of reclaimed wood and would love to stencil messages on them to give as gifts.
Thank you so much. I filled in the information on the email and sent it back to you.
