I’ve been in a bit of a Pinterest slump lately. I’ll find a project I like while scrolling through pins only to realize that I either 1.) Can’t find the actual tutorial. 2.) Don’t have the necessary tools or supplies on hand or 3.) I’m simply not skilled in that XYZ area of crafting.
It’s been quite frustrating to go from being inspired to being completely bummed about the idea of crafting.
That’s why I’m so glad that our new free eBook is called 12 Easy DIY Projects. And rightly so. Covering almost every area of crafting, these free tutorials are all in one place and all quite easy to do. That’s the beauty of it!
Featuring projects from Clover, Fairfield, FloraCraft, I Love to Create, Little B, Plaid, Prima Bead, Simplicity, Spinrite, Sizzix, Stencil1, and STYROFOAM™, you’ll find that crafting doesn’t need to be complicated or confusing to produce amazing results. There is something for everyone in this free eBook and we hope you invite your best crafting buddies over to try out these projects together!

As a sorority girl, this post instantly caught my attention because crafting is something that automatically comes with the role of being an active member. In the event that you are receiving your, “little,” which is the new member you will be a mentor and a, “big sister,” to, you prepare an exceptional load of crafts. Last year was my first attempt in anything crafty and Pinterest was my guidebook throughout the months where hours were spent crafting on a carpet that soon held a shimmering glow whenever the lights turned on or the sun made an appearance. An eBook makes things extremely accessible, and after reading over the DIY crafts mentioned I am eager to attempt to create these and share them with friends and family. Excited for the sponsor’s gift – someone will be one lucky crafter!
Don’t get me wrong, the complements are stupendous. I kind of get a craftIng buzz, but the thing I like most about crafting is the unique individuality of each project.
Does nobody do plastic canvas? I may be mistaken, I don’t know; but it seems to me that falls under the heading of “crafts” the same as does sewing, or beading, or painting, or any of the rest. I enjoy it; I’ve made many magnets and bookmarks, plus, one year, a Nutcracker Christmas stocking for my sister, and earlier, a kleenex-box cover for a child I cared for. Why is plastic canvas so seldom, if ever, included in craft websites?
