**This is the first of a new Christmas series every Friday at FaveCrafts Blog. Stop by for great new Christmas craft projects every Friday.**
Growing up in the Midwest, snow has always been an essential part of my Christmas experience. I love returning home to fields covered in a quiet, white blanket. That soft crunch as your boots disturb a layer of snow has to be one of life’s greatest pleasures. When the temperature is below freezing, snow makes everything more bearable.
I’m sure many share my love of snow at Christmas. Homemade cards that feature glittering snowy scenes are a great way to send holiday greetings, especially as not everyone celebrates Christmas. Snow is a beautiful and neutral celebration of that time of year, even if you are sending a card to Florida. Here are some of my favorite snowy holiday card crafts:
Let it Snow Card– This stamped card features a unique fold and a lovely snowflake seal.
Snowman with Carrot Nose– This painted greeting card is fun and playful, sure to bring a smile to your recipient’s face.
Winter Scene Card– This pretty card features 3-D embellishments for a unique scene.
