Triple Strand Beaded Watch

Forget about uncomfortable beaded jewelry patterns. Create your own unique Triple Strand Beaded Watch that looks and feels like a bracelet. This homemade watch band is so much more creative and fun than its store-bought counterpart. Discover how easy it is to make your own fancy jewelry projects, but be careful - you might become addicted. Save a ton of money on fancy accessories and make your own jewelry projects at home. You can use the same DIY techniques when creating your own necklaces, earrings and anklets, too. Also, be sure to craft one of these watch bands and give it as a gift to a friend or family member.

  • Three 8” lengths of .8mm clear Elasticity
  • Six gold 2.0mm inside diameter (#4) Crimp Tubes
  • Gold watch face with three-hole bars
  • About 75 assorted 5-7mm faceted
  • Pink/purple/mauve faceted glass beads
  • Beadalon Crimper Tool

  1. String a Crimp Tube 1/2" from the end of one Elasticity™ strand. Place the strand end through a hole on the watch and place it back inside the Crimp Tube to form a loop. Use the Bead Crimper Tool to crimp the tube.
  2. String one third of the beads randomly onto the strand. String a Crimp Tube and place the strand end through a corresponding hole on the opposite side of the watch. Place the strand end back inside the Crimp Tube to form a loop, then crimp it.
  3. Repeat Steps 1-2 using the remaining strands of Elasticity™ to complete the watch.

  • See Bead Crimper Tool packaging for instructions on crimping.
