I like to recycle and this is a great way to recycle paper towel or even toilet paper rolls instead of throwing them away. I wonder just like jobers77 asked if the brown paper will degrade ? How about the paper towel and toilet paper rolls? This is a great way to start those seeds and keep them warm while they are growing. Add some extras for your friends and family too. I think I am going to give this a try if I can find somewhere to put them. So simple and easy.

A great way to recycle both brown paper and paper towel tubes. I've never tried this before though so I'm wondering if the brown paper really will degrade if you plant the whole thing in the ground and what kind of brown paper do you need. Is a grocery store paper bag too thick?
