- Old toothbrushes – washed, clean, and dry
- Tacky glue
- Silver foil flakes
- Washi tape
Create three sections on the cardstock with washi tape.
Take the tacky glue and pick up some of the glue.
In the first section, flick some of the glue onto the section.
Add some flakes to that section and let it dry.
Pick up some more glue and then paint some stripes with the brush in that section. Add some flakes and let it dry.
In the third section, paint the entire section with the glue and then add some flake and let it dry.
Take another clean and dry toothbrush and use that to remove the excess foil flakes.
